The Website is operated by L'Oréal (UK) Limited (registered number 00271555, registered office at 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ) or its subsidiaries ("L'Oréal"). By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms in consideration of which L'Oréal provides you with access. From time to time L'Oréal may modify the Terms. Accordingly, please continue to review the Terms whenever accessing or using the Website. If at any time you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Website. From time to time L'Oréal may run competitions and promotions via the Website. Separate terms and conditions will be posted where applicable governing such competitions and promotions.

No reliance

While L'Oréal has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via the Website, L'Oréal does not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website.

Links to the website

Websites or pages to which the Website is linked are for information only and have not been reviewed by L'Oréal. L'Oréal has no responsibility for the content of the websites or pages linked or linking to this website, and L'Oréal accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses or penalties whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to any location on any linked websites.

Intellectual property

The Website, including (but not limited to) text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material ("Content") is protected by copyrights, trade marks and/or other proprietary rights. The Content includes both content owned or controlled by L'Oréal and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to L'Oréal. All individual articles, reports, and other elements making up the Website may be copyright works. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright laws and by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Website.
You may not use any of L'Oréal's trademarks or trade names without L'Oréal's prior express written consent and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in and to any of those names and marks.
You agree to notify L'Oréal in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of the Website by any party or of any claim that the Website or any of the contents of the Website infringes any copyright, trade mark, or other contractual, statutory or common law rights of any party.

Licence and download rights

You acquire no rights or licences in or to the Website and/or the Content other than the limited right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and to download on the terms set out in this section. Other than as set out in this section you may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the Website.
Download is permitted by L'Oréal provided only that:
(i) you make no more than one printed copy of such download and no further copies of such printed copy are made;
(ii) you make only personal, non-commercial use of such download and/or printed copy, except images taken from the Images Database, which L’Oréal permits for commercial use, please see Image usage rights;
(iii) you retain on such download and/or printed copy all copyright notices and shall remain bound by the terms of such wording and notices.
Additionally, you may not offer for sale or sell or distribute over any other medium (including distribution by over-the-air television or radio broadcast or distribution on a computer network) the Content or any part thereof. You may not make any part of the Website available as part of another website, whether by hyperlink framing on the internet or otherwise. Image Usage Rights

Please note that all model, product and logo images available on the Image Database (the “images”) are available to L’Oréal Professionnel customer salon owners, employees and agents only.

You may use the images for the following uses only:

(i) In-salon materials (such as client loyalty cards, service menu cards, brochures, catalogues, leaflets etc.)

(ii) For press advertising of your L'Oréal Professionnel salon and its services (but not on any press material that sells or advertises products)

(iii) In-salon fixed point of sale material (e.g. posters or show cards)

(iv) On your L'Oréal Professionnel salon website

You are not allowed to use these images in conjunction with any form of advertising on TV, outdoor advertising materials or third party websites which you do not own.

Each of the model images has an expiry date (the “Expiry Date”). It is illegal for you to use any of the model images after their respective Expiry Date.

If you decide to use the images you must credit the images to L’Oréal Professionnel and include a link back to the L’Oréal Professionnel website.

 

E-cards

By using e-cards, you are deemed to accept the conditions of use as held in the instructions for use in the L'Oréal Professionnel website and you accept these terms and conditions without limitation. As such, you are reminded that E-cards and their content are protected by intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you only hold limited rights, for a non commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, change or adapt the e-cards and their content. Furthermore, the content of the message must remain decent and non-detrimental to the L'Oréal Professionnel brand name.

Permissions

If you would like information about obtaining L'Oréal's permission to use any of the Content or if you would like to link your website to the Website, e-mail your enquiry to info@lorealprofessionnel.co.uk

No warranty

The Website and the Content are provided as is excluding any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. L'Oréal further accepts no responsibility or liability for functions contained on the Website and makes no warranties that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
L'Oréal does not warrant that the Website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the Website or its server is free of errors or viruses, worms or "Trojan horses" and L'Oréal is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features.
L'Oréal shall not be held responsible for Content provided by third parties. L'Oréal is also not responsible for the reliability or continued availability of the telephone lines and equipment you use to access the website.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights or your legal rights as a consumer.

Limitation of liability

You acknowledge that your use of the Website, including the Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Website, the Terms or any or the Content your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.
Save in respect of fraud and of personal injury or death to the extent it results from L'Oréal's negligence, in no event will L'Oréal be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if L'Oréal has been advised of the possibility thereof. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Local laws and regulations

The Website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where for any reason the publication or availability of the Website is prohibited. Those in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access the Website.
L'Oréal does not represent that either the Website or the Content are appropriate for use or permitted by local laws in all jurisdictions. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of L'Oréal, its employees, representatives and agents, from and against any claims, actions, demands or other proceedings brought against any of L'Oréal, its employees, representatives or agents, by a third party, to the extent that such claim, suit, action or other proceeding brought against L'Oréal, its employees, representatives, suppliers, or agents is based on or arises in connection with:
(i) your use of the Website;
(ii) any breach by you of the Terms;
(iii) a claim that any use of the Website by you
(aa) infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party, or any right of personality or publicity, or
(bb) is libellous or defamatory, or otherwise results in injury or damage to any third party;
(iv) any deletions, additions, insertions, or alterations to, or any unauthorised use of, the Website by you; or
(v) any misrepresentation or breach of representation or warranty made by you contained herein.
References in this section of the Terms to your use of the Website shall be deemed to include any use by a third party where such a third party accesses the Website using your computer.
You agree to pay L'Oréal, its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim.

Termination

Either you or L'Oréal may terminate these terms with or without cause at any time. If L'Oréal terminates these terms, L'Oréal will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. You may terminate by sending an email to info@lorealprofessionnel.co.uk. On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the website.

Changes to the website

You accept that L'Oréal has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Website at any time at L'Oréal's sole discretion. You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the website.

Waiver

No waiver by L'Oréal of any breach of any obligation arising under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other breach and no failure to exercise or partial exercise by L'Oréal of any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.

Governing law ad jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws

1) The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2) Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
3) No purchase is necessary.
4) Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person.
5) To enter the prize draw, you must reply to the blog post. Any entries replying to other posts or sent via email will not be accepted.
6) The entries will be visible as a comment on the blog in the comments section of the page.
7) Entries must contain solely the words “Love Hair” either in the subject line or the body of the comment.
8) Entries which are considered by the Promoter at its complete discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or obscene in nature or which may breach intellectual property rights of a third party (for example exhibiting brand names) may not be uploaded onto the site and may be removed. Examples of language considered to be inappropriate, offensive or obscene include (but are not limited to): any message which contains (a) swearing; (b) comments or actions which appear to be discriminatory of any person, company or group of individuals, for example comments of a racist, sexist or homophobic nature; (c) sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures; (d) promoting any illegal unlawful activity such as drug use; and (e) any message that appears to be an advertisement or solicitation to buy.
9) Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
10) A prize draw will take place every 7 days for 18 weeks, from Wednesday 4th May 2011.
11) Entries must be received by midnight within 7 days of the post being published. The prize draw will take place 7 days after the post is published. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

1. The prize draw is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or friends, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.

5. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.

6. Entries must be via the survey on inoa.co.uk. Entrants must complete the survey in full to be eligible to receive the prize.

7. Survey responses must be received on/or before 30th October at 5pm GMT. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and/or extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.

Prizes and Winners

8. The prize draw will take place on 4th November. The winners will be notified via email by 7th November 2011.

9. Out of the total 100 entrants that fully complete and successfully submit the survey will be randomly selected to win a Shampoo and Masque from the L’Oréal Professionnel Série Nature range.

11. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms or conditions, then the promoter may at their absolute discretion select an alternative winner.

Terms and Conditions for INOA Incentive

 

1) The prize draw is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland L’Oréal Professionnel INOA ODS technology stocking  salons.

2) No purchase is necessary.

3) Entry to the draw is free.  Multiple entries allowed per person.

4) Entries will only be accepted via the official INOA Staff Incentive Prize Draw Voucher form provided by your L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager in exchange for all the empty 8g INOA tubes used during the incentive. Every 4 empty 8gram tubes of INOA equates to 1 INOA Staff Incentive Prize Draw Voucher. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries. Entry vouchers will not be returned and are the property of the Promoter.

5) INOA staff incentive prize draw vouchers must be completed and returned to: INOA, L’Oréal Professionnel, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ. Entries must be received on or before 16th  April 2012 at 5pm.  The prize draw will take place on 19th April 2012. L’Oréal Professionnel reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6) All winners will be notified by post or Account Manager by 30th April 2012.

7) One completed entry drawn at random will receive the grand prize of 2 L’Oréal Professionnel 2012 UK Colour Trophy Grand final tickets including:

a) Two Return Economy Airfares (ROI) or Train fares (UK) to London for the winner of this promotion and a guest. Accommodation for two at Novotel in Hammersmith for 2 nights (May 27th& May 28th, 2012). Accommodation is based on two people sharing a double/twin room and breakfast will be available daily.

b) The winner and their companion will be personally responsible for any charges incurred in travelling to the selected outbound Airport or train station for travel to London and, on return from London, from the selected inbound Airport or train station to their residence in either the United Kingdom or Ireland.

c) Travel must be booked and completed for the L’Oréal Professionnel UK Grand Final date: 28thMay, 2012 only.

d) All dates, concerning flights, train times and accommodation are subject to availability of the same at the time of booking.

e) Travel insurance, passports, any applicable visas and all travel requirements and formalities are the responsibility of the winner of this promotion and their companion.

8) Fifty completed entries drawn at random will then receive a runner-up prize of a space on a L’Oréal Professionnel inspirational education course in their nearest L’Oréal Professionnel Academy. It is the winner’s responsibility to book their place early using a unique reference code to ensure course availability. Prize is invalid if all courses are full.  Prize must be redeemed on of the following inspiration education courses by December 31st2012: Colour Inspiration with Caroline Newman, Colour Inspiration with Robert Eaton, Colour Inspiration with Ken Picton, Colour Inspiration with Rush Artistic Team, Creative Revolution with Caroline Newman, Colour Inspiration with Toni & Guy Artistic Team, Fashion Interpretation with Richard Ward.

9) Thirty completed entries drawn at random will then receive a runner-up prize of one 2012  L’Oréal Professionnel Catwalk Showcase Ticket at their nearest tour venue. This does not include the cost of travel to and from the course. Catwalk Showcase tickets need to be redeemed by December 31st2012 at  either the spring summer catwalk showcase or autumn winter catwalk showcase. It is the winner’s responsibility to request Catwalk Showcase Tickets from the L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager.

10) Twenty completed entries drawn at random will then receive a runner-up prize of one 2012  L’Oréal Professionnel Regional Colour Trophy Ticket at their nearest regional venue. This does not include the cost of travel to and from the course. Regional Colour Trophy tickets need to be redeemed by December 31st2012. It is the winner’s responsibility to request Regional Colour Trophy Tickets from the L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager.

11) The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

12) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13) Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18+ purchasing full price services appointments in their chosen participating L’Oréal Professionnel Stockist Salon. Qualifying appointments and eligible rewards decided at the salon’s discretion, ask your professional hairdresser for further details. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.       The loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the loyalty scheme.

2.       Any salon customer purchasing a full price services appointment from a participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salon will be eligible to receive a L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty card. The loyalty card will only be valid at the issuing salon whose name appears on the front of the loyalty card.

3.       The loyalty cardholder will receive stamps on the loyalty card in accordance with the points values set out on the loyalty card. Qualifying services appointments and purchases are decided at each participating salon’s sole discretion. Please ask your issuing salon for full details of its qualifying services so you can be sure to be eligible for the rewards you expect. Multiple points can be earned in a single transaction.

4.       Once the cardholder has collected fifteen stamps (named and dated by the professional hairdresser in your salon) they will be entitled to receive a reward, which will be chosen at the discretion of the individual salon and written by that salon on the loyalty card. Please ask your issuing salon for full details and any qualifications on the reward.

5.       Only one loyalty card per person. Each participating salon has a limited supply of 500 loyalty cards. Loyalty cards are subject to availability, only available whilst stocks last and issued at the sole discretion of each participating salon. The loyalty scheme is open until a long stop end date of 31st December 2015 but the closing date is the sole discretion of each participating salon that may stipulate an earlier closing date on the loyalty card. Any entitlement to any rewards earned during the loyalty scheme must be exercised within two months of receiving their last and qualifying stamp (and by the long stop closing date if it is earlier).

6.       This loyalty card can be used in conjunction with other applicable offers and promotions at participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons.

7.       Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

8.       Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of a loyalty card. If lost, the loyalty cardholder will be issued with a new, blank loyalty card and any previous stamps accrued on the lost card will not be transferred.

9.       The Promoter and the participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty cardholder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

10.   There are no alternative free products or cash substitutes and no change will be given.

11.   It is the onus of the participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to make clear what the qualifying services are and what the eligible rewards are.

12.   The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.   The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the loyalty scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.

14.   By entering the loyalty scheme, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

15.   English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Scheme.

The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18+ purchasing full price services appointments in their chosen participating L’Oréal Professionnel Stockist Salon. Qualifying appointments and eligible rewards decided at the salon’s discretion, ask your professional hairdresser for further details. Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incorrectly stamped loyalty cards will not be accepted. Closing date is 31st December 2015 unless otherwise specified here: ....../……/……

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.       The loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the loyalty scheme.

2.       Any salon customer purchasing a full price services appointment from a participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salon will be eligible to receive a L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty card. The loyalty card will only be valid at the issuing salon whose name appears on the front of the loyalty card.

3.       The loyalty cardholder will receive a stamp on the loyalty card for each purchase of a full price salon services appointment. Qualifying services appointments (i.e. colour or cut or other included/excluded services) are decided at each participating salon’s sole discretion. Please ask your issuing salon for full details of its qualifying services so you can be sure to be eligible for the rewards you expect.

4.       Once the cardholder has collected four stamps (named and dated by the professional hairdresser in your salon) within a 6 month period the loyalty card entitles them to receive a reward, which will be chosen at the discretion of the individual salon and written by that salon on the loyalty card. Once the cardholder has collected eight stamps (named and dated by the professional hairdresser in your salon) within a 12 month period the loyalty card entitles the cardholder to receive their next colour appointment free of charge. Please ask your salon for full details of which ‘colour’ services are eligible for the free service redemption (i.e. full head tint, regrowth colour application, full head highlights or half head highlights as some of these may be included/excluded at the sole discretion of each participating salon).

5.       Only one loyalty card per person. Each participating salon has a limited supply of 500 loyalty cards. Loyalty cards are subject to availability, only available whilst stocks last and issued at the sole discretion of each participating salon. The loyalty scheme is open until a long stop end date of 31st December 2015 but the closing date is the sole discretion of each participating salon. Any entitlement to any rewards earned during the loyalty scheme must be exercised within two months of receiving their last and qualifying stamp (and by the long stop closing date if it is earlier).

6.       This loyalty card can be used in conjunction with other applicable offers and promotions at participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons.

7.       Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

8.       Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty card holder is responsible for the safekeeping of a loyalty card. If lost, the loyalty card holder will be issued with a new, blank loyalty card and any previous stamps accrued on the lost card will not be transferred.

9.       The Promoter and the participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty card holder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

10.   There are no alternative free products or cash substitutes and no change will be given.

11.   It is the onus of the participating L’Oréal Professionnel stockist salons and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to make clear what the qualifying services are and what the eligible rewards are.

12.   The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.   The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the loyalty scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.

14.   By entering the loyalty scheme, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

15.   English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Scheme.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

TO THE CUSTOMER

1.       The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is valid and can be redeemed from 01.04.2014 until 31.12.2015.

2.       The L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme is open to all UK and ROI professional hairdressers purchasing L’Oréal Professionnel colour at a participating wholesaler, aged 18 or over excluding employees of L’Oréal (UK) Limited or anyone professionally connected with the loyalty scheme.

3.       To be eligible for the L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme, customers must purchase at least one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube from any included range (as set out in these Terms and Conditions). Stickers will only be rewarded upon the purchase of authentic L’Oréal Professionnel colour tubes including Majirel 50ml, Majiblond Ultra 50ml, Majirouge 50ml, Majirel Mix 50ml, Majicontrast 50ml, Majimèches 50ml, LuoColor 50ml, INOA ODS2 60g, INOA ODS2 Suprême 60g, DIA LIGHT 50ml and DIA RICHESSE 50ml.

4.       Customers purchasing any full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) at a participating wholesaler from time to time, between 01.04.2014 – 31.12.2015, will be presented with a loyalty card entitling them to receive one free full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) for every 10 full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tubes bought.

5.       The loyalty cardholder will receive one sticker at the time of purchase for every full size L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought from the participating wholesaler.

6.       This promotion is subject to the availability of the L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube of your choice. In circumstances where the free L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube is not available in the store, the loyalty card holder may be required to select an alternative L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube or to return to the participating wholesale store to collect their free L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube once it becomes available.

7.       This loyalty card can be used in conjunction with other applicable offers and promotions at participating wholesalers.

8.       To redeem your free L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube from the L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty scheme, you must hand your completed loyalty card, with personal details complete and 10 authorized L’Oréal Professionnel stickers attached which should also be initialled and signed by the participating wholesale employee, to a participating wholesaler to claim one free tube of L’Oréal Professionnel colour as listed in these Terms and Conditions.

9.       You may redeem as many loyalty cards as you like, provided that each entry is an original L’Oréal Professionnel loyalty card and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

10.   Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete card will not be accepted.

11.   There is no cash substitute or alternative free product and no change will be given.

12.   Your personal information is collected to ensure you are a genuine customer and will not be passed on or used by any third parties, nor accessible to the L’Oréal Professionnel direct team. If you have opted into our L’Oréal Professionnel Insider program, it may be used for marketing purposes.

13.   Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty card holder is responsible for the safekeeping of a loyalty card. If lost, the loyalty card holder will be issued with a new, blank loyalty card and any previous stickers accrued on the lost card will not be transferred.

14.   The Promoter and the participating wholesaler reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty card holder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

15.   The Promoter reserves the right to include or exclude participating wholesalers and/or specific stores at any given time, as participation is at the sole discretion of the relevant wholesaler or in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. 16.   The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the loyalty scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

TO THE WHOLESALER

1.       To authorise a loyalty card redemption, when the loyalty card is completed with 10 authorised L’Oréal Professionnel stickers attached, it can be redeemed between 01.04.2014 until 31.12.2015 for one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube including Majirel 50ml, Majiblond Ultra 50ml, Majirouge 50ml, Majirel Mix 50ml, Majicontrast 50ml, Majimèches 50ml, LuoColor 50ml, INOA ODS2 60g, INOA ODS2 Suprême 60g, DIA LIGHT 50ml and DIA RICHESSE 50ml.

2.       For every authorised L’Oréal Professionnel sticker given out for every one full sized L’Oréal Professionnel colour tube bought (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) should be initialled, signed and dated by the participating wholesale employee.

3.       Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

4.       There is no cash substitute or alternative free product and no change will be given.

5.       Please ensure only applicable professional hairdressers (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) redeem completed loyalty cards. Every customer must present their trade card with each purchase and complete their full details in order to be eligible to collect stickers and redemption.

6.       Completed loyalty leaflets will be collected by your L’Oréal Professionnel Account Manager.

7.       The Promoter will reimburse the wholesaler with a quarterly credit for every redeemed tube on qualifying loyalty cards. This credit per tube will equal the terms value of a Majirel Core tube as set out in the wholesaler specific terms.

8.       The Promoter reserves the right to reject reimbursement of requests by participating wholesalers of loyalty cards if it believes they have not been accepted in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and it is the onus of the participating wholesaler and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. If you are not satisfied with the results of any of the below listed and are not satisfied that they do what they claim on the pack within 4 weeks of purchase, L'Oréal Professionnel will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions

a), b) c) and d) is each hereon a “Product” and collectively “Products”. 
3. To obtain your refund for up to three (3) of the four (4) Products listed at clause 2 above you will need to:
a) complete your details on the form below which is also available to download and print at http://lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/terms-and-conditions#term_23, ticking to select the relevant Product(s) you wish to return with a brief genuine explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the result, ensuring all fields are completed; and
b) enclose the original purchase receipt(s) showing your purchase of up to three (3) Products you wish to return which must have been purchased from a participating professional salon stocking L'Oréal Professionnel; and
c) enclose up to three (3) Products which you wish to return for which you have enclosed original purchase receipt(s). All Product(s) returned must have an unused portion of at least approximately 50% content capacity; and
d) enclose your proof of postage receipt, and send all 4 of these items to one of the addresses below (as applicable) within 4 weeks of the purchase date shown on the original purchase receipt:
For customers in England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands, the 4 items listed above in this clause should be sent to:

4. Submissions must be received within 4 weeks of the purchase date on the original purchase receipt and in any event on or before 1st January 2015. Submissions received after this date will be rejected.
5. Submissions for refunds which do not comply with and include all 4 of the items listed in clause 3 above (including without limitation a fully completed form) will be rejected and any items sent will not be returned to you. Any postage of such items is at your own cost. 
6. For the avoidance of doubt, any Products purchased outside of a participating professional L'Oréal Professionnel stockist salon will be rejected (all professional salons stocking L'Oréal Professionnel can be found via the L'Oréal Professionnel salon locator tool available at http://lorealprofessionnel.co.uk/salonlocator).  
7. Stickers or photocopies of stickers will not be accepted and a form must be completed.
8. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted.
9. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will refund by cheque the actual purchase price paid for up to three (3) of the Products as evidenced by the receipt(s) provided.
10. For successful submissions only, L'Oréal Professionnel will also refund the cost of postage if you enclose a proof of postage receipt and use the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Stamp method of posting for a small or medium package. You will be refunded the cost of postage up to the value of (i) £7.50 for UK and Channel Islands residents or (ii) €8.25 for Republic of Ireland residents based on an equivalent method of posting. If you fail to include your proof of postage receipt, you will not be refunded your postage costs. If you use any other postage method than specified above, your refund for the cost of postage will be capped at the levels set out above.
11. If your submission is successful, L'Oréal Professionnel will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund cheque to you and will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of the items listed in clause 3 above.
12. Only one refund is available per household and there is a limit of three (3) Products per refund.
13. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

6. This  loyalty  card  can  be  used  in  conjunction  with  other  applicable  offers  and promotions at participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons.

7. Photocopies, torn, defected, illegible or incomplete cards will not be accepted.

8. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or damaged loyalty cards. The loyalty card holder is responsible for the safe keeping of a loyalty card. If lost, the loyalty card holder will be issued with a new, blank loyalty card and any previous stamps accrued on the lost card will not be transferred.

9. The Promoter and the participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons reserve the right, without notice, to remove or disqualify any loyalty card holder, and/or corresponding loyalty cards, that they believe contravenes these Terms and Conditions.

10. There are no alternative free products or cash substitutes and no change will be given.

11. It is the on us of the participating L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl stockist salons and their employees to verify the customer is eligible to collect and redeem in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to make clear what the qualifying purchases are and what the eligible rewards are.

12. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these  terms  and  conditions or cancel the L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Loyalty Scheme at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.

14. By entering the loyalty scheme, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this loyalty scheme.
